PC Tune-up Package 1*

PC Tune-up Package 3***

Prior to HD reformat we perform a back-up of photos and important documents identified by the customer; up-to 20Gb storage. Usually ready in 3 to 5 business days. In shop service only!

DawgByteCS will gather all files, documents, images and videos, located within "My Documents", "My Pictures", and/or "My Videos". Items contained in those folders will be burned to CDR/DVD for later retrieval. Documents, images and videos may also be transferred to an external HD, which the customer can purchase for an additional cost.

Customers must be willing to sign a service request verifying that they are at least 18 yrs. of age and legally responsible to authorize repair of computer system, as well as payment for services rendered.

Signed customer service request authorizes DawgByteCS to service and repair the computer system(s) indicated on the request.

Applications cannot be backed up and must be reinstalled from original executive file (exe), CDR or DVD. Images stored within photo display software, i.e. Kodak, Picasa, must be extracted from the photo display program prior to backup sequence, to insure successful back and data retrieval.

DawgByteCS warns that hardware failures do occur without warning. Therefore, I hereby release DawgByte Productions from any liability for hardware failures during this process.

Repair Parts - Special Orders

DawgByteCS typically does not keep repair parts in-stock, therefore all special order parts and accessories must be paid 100% prior to ordering; normal shipping and handling for special orders is 3 to 5 business days. Clients may request overnight shipping for an additional fee; however DawgByte Computer Service is not responsible for any delays in shipping. Therefore, DawgByte Computer Service will not provide reimbursement of shipping fees.
